Mamta injured at 'Nirakazhcha' shoot

Mamta Mohandas, who is currently shooting for the film 'Nirakazhcha' at Vizhinjam suffered injuries in an accident at the shooting site yesterday. Mamta who was getting ready for the shot near the beach, was matching her steps according to choreographer Manoj's instructions. A huge wave struck the actress, who was thrown against the reflector board. Mamta was lucky that the reflector board was there, or else she might have been thrown against a rock. Mamta's leg was injured in the mishap. The shooting unit was stunned for a few moments, before they rushed to the spot to help the actress. 'Nirakazhcha' is directed by Anish J Karinad, and has Italian actor Vincenzo Bocciarelli doing the lead role opposite Mamta.
