Kochu Preman's recordical name is K.S. Premkumar. He was born to Shivaraman Shasthri and Kamalam on 1955. He has completed his education in M.G. College, Thiruvananthapuram. At first he joined in a drama troup named Kalidasa Kala Kendram for 18 years. In the year 1989 he came to film field in the picture 'Dilli Vala Rajakumaran'. He had acted in more than 65 flms. Actress Girija is his wife.
