V. G. Muralikrishnan ,also known as Murali Gopy is an Indian screenwriter, actor and journalist. Murali is the son of legendary Malayalam film actor Bharath Gopi and Jayalakshmy. He made his debut as an actor and screen writer in the Lal Jose movie 'Rasikan' (2004). He has also sung the song Chaanju nikkana.. in this movie. He has written numerous short stories that have been published in Kala Kaumudi. 'Rasikan Sodanai', published by Rainbow Books is a collection of his short stories. He has worked as sub-editor with The Hindu and The Indian Express.Muralikrishnan currently works with MSN India (India Syndicate) as Entertainment Editor.
